This 1963 movie by Ray Harryhausen is a classic special effects movie. I remember seeing this as a kid. It's special effects no doubt had an effect on the science fiction movies we now enjoy.

Some of the scenes from this movie are classics.

Who could watch Pirates of the Caribbean without comparing the battle with the cursed pirates to the skeleton army in Jason and the Argonauts? It is the first thing I thought of when I saw the battle in Pirates of the Caribbean.

The battle with the Hydra is also one that I remember.
